Class Description:
At Art Pop, our fabulous Artisan Teachers are passionate about art and dedicated to helping kids learn and grow. They are eager to inspire and guide your child every step of the way, making sure each session is filled with fun and learning.
 
We’ve put together an exciting mix of activities, from painting and drawing to sculpting and mixed media. Your child will get to explore all kinds of cool techniques. More importantly, they will have a welcoming space during the school year, where they feel seen, heard and appreciated for their uniqueness.

Kayla Mateus - Painting + Drawing
Meet Kayla, a dedicated artist and teacher hailing from Fall River, Massachusetts. With over 6 years of artistic experience, Kayla specializes in graphite, charcoal, watercolor, and acrylic paint, honing her skills through education at Bristol Community College, where she studied Graphic Design and Fine Art. Passionate about sharing the joy of art, Kayla emphasizes foundational skills in her drawing and painting lessons. She strives to empower students of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—by nurturing their creativity and helping them develop confidence in expressing their inner worlds through art. Interested in Private Lessons?
